• Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has already started, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to refuse the product at the doorstep.

• Refunds and Replacements: Refunds or replacements will be considered if the user can demonstrate that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory. For items received in damaged or defective condition, please report to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Your request will be reviewed once the seller or merchant on the platform checks and verifies the item.

• Product Expectations: If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, our team will decide the best course of action.

• Warranty Claims: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve warranty-related issues.

• Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days by Jyotish Karo after verification and approval of your claim.

• 14-Day Return/Exchange Window: We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be possible. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Have the original packaging
  • Not be a sale item, as sale items may not qualify for return/exchange

Only items found to be defective or damaged upon receipt may be eligible for replacement based on an exchange request.

• Exempted Categories: Certain product categories may be exempt from return or refund, and these will be identified at the time of purchase. For accepted return/exchange requests, once your returned item is received and inspected by Jyotish Karo, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, the return/exchange request will be processed in line with our policies.
